So, like I said this blogging thing has not been my strong point lately. So today I have my delayed June Faves for ya! There’s not very many this time around, because once summer hits I tend to keep my makeup to more of a minimum. Plus I use the same products so frequently, I don’t want to bore you every month with the same stuff!
Let’s dive in! Enjoy
I have fallen back IN LOVE with my Naked pallette. I never really know what to do when it comes to eyeshadow, but I love the colours in this guy. You know I’m a big fan of neutrals and smoky eyes, and nothing does it better than this pallette!
I know I’ve talked about this before! The Body Shop Instablur Primer. This stuff is my holy grail go-to primer! I have yet to find something I like better, but if you have any suggestions don’t hesitate to share! You know I’m up for trying new things. And if you haven’t tried this yet yourselves, please do. Trust me. Just do it.
Who doesn’t love the Hoola Bronzer by Benefit? Am I right? Let’s be real now. I am a pale person, and at first glance I thought this would be way too dark for me, but it’s not! I love the way it looks on my skin, just giving me a natural sun-kissed glow. This shit is the bomb, I’ve been rocking it pretty much every day!
I straight up wish you guys could smell this perfume through the screen! Burberry Brit has been my go-to since September. Recently I rediscovered it, because in the spring and summer I tend to wear more floral scents, while I find this one just goes better with winter months. But I can’t resist the smell of it.It’s one of those perfumes that I always get complimented on.
Guys, I don’t even have the words to describe to you how much I love this lipstick. It is by Revlon, and it is called Pink Pout Matte. My friend Taylor and I each bought one probably around last summer. It is so bright and fun, and I am just obsessed with it. Now that I am a blondie I love it even more. It pops so much better and I think it looks so young and fresh. Highly recommend.
A few weeks ago I was at the drugstore with my mum, and I came across this Maybelline Color Tattoo but in a PENCIL. I’ve seen them in the little pots, and I used to own quite a few of them, but never had I seen it in a pencil before. I used it a few days ago on Canada day to create a super quick and easy smoky eye. You can catch a picture of it on my instagram here. Feel free to throw me a follow while you’re there (shameless plugging on my part there)
Alright friends, that’s all I got for ya today! Hope you enjoyed my favourites this month! Also, with being away I missed seeing everyone else’s faves, so feel free to leave me a comment with a link to yours, and I would love to check it out!
Have a beautiful day my friends
