REVIEW: Brazilliance Plus+ fake tan by Tarte

Hello hello beautiful people!

Today I just wanted to share with you my thoughts and feelings on Brazilliance Plus+ Self Tanner by Tarte.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I don’t tan. Like. It’s just not a thing. I am a pale princess through and through. I’d like to blame my Scottish and Welsh genes, but my older brother is one of the most naturally tan people I know…. so…. yeah. He’s blessed.

Anyway. I ordered this tan off of Sephora months ago and then never got around to using it. But last week I had some time off of work, so I figured I’d give it a go, and if it looked horrible then I could just hide out in my home until I had managed to scrub it off.

Buuuut if I’m being honest with you guys- this. Shit. Is. Awesome. Like… I’m sad it’s taken me so long to find this! I don’t like going to tanning beds, and there’s nothing wrong with rocking the pale look, but sometimes I like to not look like a vampire… ya know? After one use I was already quite a bit darker! Not unnaturally so, it just looked like I had gotten back from having a few days in the sun somewhere. And it’s so easy to apply! It goes on smooth and I didn’t have an issue with streaks or anything! I would recommend waiting 24 hours to shower, and it’s important to exfoliate when you do.

Honestly, this stuff is really good! I don’t have much to compare it to mind you. I used to use a crappy fake tan from the drugstore, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t build any colour. This tan is easy to build, looks natural, is a nice consistency, and doesn’t smell chemically.

So my verdict? Two thumbs up. Ten stars. 100% would recommend.

Have you tried this? Let me know how you like it!

P.S. sorry if the format of this post comes out wonky… I’m writing it on my phone and not my laptop because I’m not at home.

Peace x
